A hosting plan defines whether a plan member is able to sell media, write a blog, define multiple licenses or create groups. A hosting plan also defines the disk space and monthly fee for each member.

How Does MediaCMS Work?
MediaCMS is a managed web service. By managed, we mean that this is a web application that is hosted and maintained on our servers and using our Internet connection.
We will setup and configure a server for you and install a new MediaCMS website. Once installed we will liaise with you on how best to configure MediaCMS's options for your requirements.
All technical aspects of running the website, such as configuring web services, managing security, maintaining the operating system, upgrading and maintaining hardware is carried out by us.
Since the service is hosted on our equipment, we are in the best position to optimise the hardware for best performance and maintain software upgrades.
This arrangement frees you from all technical worries and leaves you more time to manage your media and website content.
You are in Charge
You will have complete administrative control over your MediaCMS website. This means that you will be able to:
- add or remove any number of web pages
- add or remove new or existing users
- add or remove any number of categories
- configure display parameters such as: how many media previews to show per page, media previews per catalog and so on
- add or remove new media and configure which media types to support (i.e. either combinations of image, video and audio)
- enable/disable various modules (i.e. forums, comments, clubs and so on... these modules are explained in detail further on)
- set media sales commission.
